2 MORE SILVERS AND?

Went back to a local school lot which has been closed for sometime and found 40 coins total. 2 silvers-1946D and 1953D Dimes, 4 Wheaties-2 1957D, 1958D and 1948D. Also found this medallion? Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

Any silver is nice to see... good hunt.... the medallion picture right hand side looks like Teddy Rosevelt i can`t tell who the other guy is..
