2 Tones with the F series

My hearing is impaired so I normally use 3H. Could or would Fisher change the programming in the future so that when using 2 tones, the tones are 1 and 3 instead of tones 1 and 2? With tones 1 and 2 it is hard for me to sometimes hear the difference, especially as the day goes on as I and my brain get tired.

While on the topic of tones, I prefer the "harsh" tones of the Fisher over the "flutey" tones of an Etrac. I realize the sounds of a tone give additional info, such as a silver dime verses clad (I love that silver sound), but it does not help if I can't hear the differences or they bleed together. If I am not going to utilize the different tones and target id, I might as well use my 1266 and dig everything.

What do y'all think?

I also think the 2f mode should sound more like the Whites mixed mode as on the MXT. I also have come to use the 3H setting on my LTD and my F-70. I like a higher tone on the non ferrous to wake me up to when I get a good target:clapping:
