:detecting: I am dumb but I seem to remember from somewhere that the lower unit of the 202 could be used under water?? Am I correct, or did I just screw up my 202 lower unit?? Tell me I did not? :detecting:

Used my qd2 at a beach last weekend before I left for the day, I spent a while at the waters edge, had waves going over the coil now and then. It still works great. By the way had fun at
the ball park this weekend, the back of my legs are sore from cleaning up the coins left from years gone by. The oldest one was only a 1965 quarter.

:detecting:So I guess I didn't screw up after all. Thanks Guys happy beaver tail hunting:pulltab:

I envy the guys who are finding all of this stuff, ALL I AM FINDING IS A LITTLE CALD AND A LOT OF BEABERTAILS
