...and the WOT. Hunting an old picnic grove that doesn't have much trash.
After I found the first Merc dime at about 6 inches, I reburied it deeper (roughly 9 inches) and played with my settings. I could still pick it up, although the single tone was now a two or three-tone sequence...
Since I'm learning, I'm diggin' alot (my arms are SORE). But it really paid off today. I was diggin the foil sounds and one of 'em turned out to be an 1863 'fat' Indian!
I can see it's gonna take a while to learn all of the tones and the meaning of all the smartscreen crosshair locations... Got a ways to go, but I am enjoying this machine's ability to ID the deep stuff!
