General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

For sale is my Minelab Safari. I will do the best to describe in every detail my machine as I know there are always concerns with buying used anything. There is a very small scratch on the console (about 1/4 of an inch long) just on the plastic clear sheeting meaning don't deep and completely cosmetic. (I can send a pic) it's not anywhere were it would cause an issue... meaning on a button or screen, but I am very meticulous with my equipment and want to be completely clear. It actually shipped to me that way but I wanted to get hunting and it was such a minor thing I just started using it. I clean the coil and coil cover every time I return from a trip. (a bit overkill but as a said I tend to be meticulous with my equipment). It has never been used near salt water or in sand.... grass and bark only! Here's what you get:

Safari detector with original box and all the standard equipment it comes with. (coil cover etc...)
rain/dust cover for screen
treasure wise digger
and Andy's new book for the Safari!!
this detector is still under the 1 year warranty from Minelab.
Everything works perfectly.

Yes, it is still for sale. I will try to remove ad or surely post when it sells. I will cover the shipping cost at the $700 price.
 
It seems ridiculous, but it does'nt hurt to throw a low offer out there. You never know how desperate someone is for cash until you ask. You could get a nice unit for a low price and everyone involved comes out of it happy.
