5.5" x 10" Coil - Is the Verdict in Yet?

I've read some posts praising the coil and a few others by folks who were ambivalent about its performance. Is it worth giving this one a shot? Seems like it may be a compromise between the standard coil and the highly praised 4.5" x 5" coil. Thoughts?
 
I think it would be a good choice for everywhere except the beach. :spin:
 
I used my 5 x 10 for the first time friday. I like it. Went to my" picked thru" park , and picked up 14 coins in 1.5 hrs. Good depth also.
For wall to wall trash, use the 5". For more open areas, use the stock, but for med trash areas the 5 x 10 is great.
Its a keeper.
