5.75 coil strikes again

Got permission to hunt this old house today just before the sun went down. I spent an hour in the old flower garden and found a few things. Can't wait to go back. I think the old Ford Falcon key is my favorite from this trip.

Very curious if anyone else found the 5.75 to be a completely different animal than the 9X8? Cans and pennies sound different than with the 9X8.
A shallow coin is very hard to pinpoint without lifting the coil on mine. It's like soooo sensitive, I have to re think my depth and size signals. Much more testing is in order.

Yes I agree the 5.75 is different then the 9x8. I find coins hit harder on the small coil. I find shallow targets such as coins double beep most times or give a solid long signal in one spot. The nice thing is I can tell if it is shallow and not have to dig. I just stick the blade under the surface and pop out the target. I guess pinpointing may be easier for me because I used the Compadre so much. That one wheat I dug at 7" and my hole was pretty small in diameter. Pretty good for someone that doesn't use a PP. Sweet, I fond a house too, Look on the G2 and Fisher GBpro site. Great finds there my friend.
