Do you have to sacrifice a lot of depth? Anyone usedthis coil and does the imaging still work?

No imaging with the DD coil, sorry. Does get decent depth and runs pretty stable. You pinpoint off of the tip of them. Just drag it back till the signal drops off, target right at the tip. If you have mineralized soil, it helps!!
 
No sacrifice and this coil is made for mineralized soil and will get better depth there than a standard concentric coil - but as BCD stated it has no imaging.
