6 ring day

I hit a couple school's fields today, got 44 coins, some junk jewelry and these 6 rings.

The far left one is smashed and when I tried to straighten it out it would break so I left it as is. The yellow ring is junk as is the one next to it with the purple stone. The next one is stamped 925 but the stones are not the real deal. I checked them with my new diamond tester - sure great to do it right away.
The turquoise and coral looking ring is not silver but sure looks it. And lastly, this is the dreaded HGE ! Beautiful ring but is gold electroplated.

There ought to be a health code law that prevents companys from making these. About had heart failure when I saw it. All in all a great day digging - ground is like concrete almost. Steve in so az

Sure is a beautiful ring, Steve, and congrats on finding so many and the coins! HGE marking is on some of my rings and disappointing when the ring isn't gold or have precious jewels, but everyone isn't rich enough to buy the real thing and that's why there are companies making the Look Good Cheapies!
