6000 do pro coils?

You mean 600 di Pro?

If so-

Any of the 6.59kHz coils will work on it.

The 5.3 Bullseye and the 8" are the best. I think the stock is a 9.5" (950)

Correct me guys if I am wrong.

no, not 600, 6000 di pro. it came stock with a 8 inch solid coil

pappy, it sounds like you have a blue box CM 6000 Di Professional Series. This detector came stock with an eight inch solid coil (6B type).
For smaller coils, you can use the Blue Max 3.5, the Blue Max 4x6 DD, the Blue Max/Black Max/Bullseye 5.3.
For larger coils, you can use the Blue Max Deep Scan 950 or the Maxima 1500.

In fact, regardless of which 6000 series detector you have, you can use any of these coils. However, if you have a 6000 that is a "black box", using an 8" 6B type coil will result in a significant loss of depth.

designed to be compatible with the newer "Blue Max:" series of coils that work with the Eagle II, Spectrum, XLT, 5900 & 6000 Di Pro SL, 6000 Pro XL or XL Pro, Quantum XT or II or the QXT Pro, and Classic III, Classic ID, and IDX Pro.

They upgraded to the "Blue Max" series of coils on new models that were released in '88 so it's going to get tough to find any older style coils for your dated 6000. They improved the circuitry dramatically from the original Auto-Trac circuitry that was introduced with the original 6000 Di Pro. The 'CB' version as used in the last 5900/6000 Di Pro SL's worked far more efficiently, and the detectors could hunt a bit deeper, better, and much slower. Also, they were better balanced.

The 6000 Pro XL and then renamed XL pro were even better in the lightweight department. My favorite White's of all time, with the exception of the tied-for-best Classic III SL and IDX Pro (when modified).
