Stopped at a playground for a few minutes and rounded this up. Found the ring and the strange copper and shiny metal disks under and in front of the swings. Have no idea what the disks are. Any ideas? They are thinner than a dime with no markings anywhere.

It's about time. I've been running dry for some time. When I picked the ring up and stuck it in my pocket I assumed it was silver but when I got home and checked it out it was white gold - one of my favorite colors. Few years back I found a nice Tiger Eye ring under the swings in this playground. It usually doesn't give up much so don't hit it to often. Glad I did today.

What? Doesn't the Ace have an ID? Nice ring. I took mine w/out stones to sell it but it didn't pass the acid test. Discouraging, too, because it was hefty and had 10K plainly stamped on it.

Nice finds Bill. You have been on a roll.

Was it Chinese? Some years ago my buddy found a solid gold Chinese ring in Texas and it was a hefty bugger and so soft if you bumped it against anything it would dent.

That's the first thing I thought of as we used to do that as kids but they have no marks on them - just shiny and smooth as glass.
