We are only 2" inches below normal rain fall for the year. The normal spring rains were not showers like normal. When we did get rain it was 1" to 2' at a time and ground just take it right in. With the dirt as dry as it is right now we could take a 4" or 5" inch in 24 hours with no bad flooding.
A 1" inch rain right would wet the dirt maybe 2" inches deep. With in a week the dirt would be just as dry as before.

That it is. I much prefur to be here that 100 drgees than Houston at 85 Dgrees.
