Hi everyone! I've just figured out how to re-format some photos so I could post them. Most of my photos are in the trash bin because after I list them I put them in the bin as I haven't figured out how to put them in a file, thats next. These computers are much harder than detecting! Next I want to post some pictures of a pewter large cent I recently found to see if any of you have any knowledge about what it is and if it has any value. Thank you, Darryl.

Hi Bill and everyone, I didn't recover any of these by fishing, I just call it fishing when there is no audio signal in pinpoint but the GTA still gives me a reading. I only fish at places were I have really cleaned up everything above iron response. Like certain spots at my fairgrounds you can now go over and here nothing for twenty or so feet. I do fish another way at these old cellar holes, I use the 5X10 on zero and go a little slower sweep speed so I can seperate the signals on the nails, it sounds like a rapid fire bang, bang, bang, bang, beep, bang, bang and so on. Whenever it beeps I dig, sometimes it's just a bent nail or two or three nails but often it's a keeper. I've found a few three cent nickels this way along with a 22 K ring. At my old fairgrounds I have upset more than one minelab user hunting this way, they tell me theres nothing there because they grid searched that area, I'm polite but inside I just laugh there is always something there, well I procede to turn up old targets in areas completely loaded with nails, Minelabs are fine machines but can't seperate targets like my GTI. Good luck and thanks to all, Bye, Darryl
