Had a short hunt yesterday. Yanked up a few more spencers. One was complete but broke up as I dug it. Still had the powder in it. I just sprayed some hairspray in there to keep it from coming out. Got some kind of big old hook, looks handmade. The D2 works well in that mineralized soil. I was happy with the maiden voyage.
