A fun day yesterday..........

Had to go check on a geocache that we thought had gone missing. I asked Tami and Grace if they would like to go so they did. Sure enough it was gone so we planted another one in a different place. It was a cool but beautiful sunny day. Before we got there we had to pass over one of the only covered bridges in the area. It was built in 1887 and is just shy of 300 feet long! When I was a kid it was a tradition that we honked the horn while going through it. So we did yesterday too!

Then we got to the park and Tami and Grace went to play on this tree that had fallen into the water. I also got some pics of this pair of swans near our old cache site.

On the way home we found two more geocaches. One was an ammo box with trade items so I let Grace find it first. She just loves to see what is inside to trade. Here she is near the cache. Also the cache was next to an old cemetary where my grandparents are burried. We looked at some of the older stones. I got this pic because these folks have a birth date of 1826 and 1829. I also noticed no death dates so these have got to be the oldest people in the world still alive!!! 181 and 184 years old!!! :surprised:
