...My wife had lunch with a dear friend of hers last week.now,her friend has a jehovah's witness in her family(I told my wife to give her my condolences)....Anyway,this guy was broadcasting quite loudly some of the same old nit-picky points why they dont celebrate Christmas-"Jesus wasnt born on Dec.25thHe was crucified on a plank,not a cross"-Topics of discussion Im very familiar with as an EX-JW-Her friend told this "genius" "LOOK HERE- IT DOES NOT MATTER WHEN HE WAS BORN;OR HOW HE WAS CRUCIFIED-HE CAME TO DIE FOR ALL OF US,SO GO AWAY WITH YOUR TRIVIA,AND FOCUS ON THE THINGS THAT MATTER!"......She also gave it to him better than that:"HEY!!I GOT TO ASK-IF YOU BELIEVE THAT JW NONSENSE,WHY ARE YOU TAKING A PAID DAY OFF FOR CHRISTMAS??WHY ARENT YOU WORKING"??? ....I LOVE that woman........
