A little Excal gold..

I went to a different beach this morning, one closer to home because I have a ton of work today... I worked the slope on a beach on the outgoing tide and came up with this 10k opal ring... Before I left I saw an area that was rocky and muddy and pulled the old fishing weights and a few coins from it... I'll hit it harder during a minus tide...

I'm not ruling out the Excal but I prefer the PI in the water... The Excal is deep...I still think the PI is a little deeper and in the waters around here there isn't much iron trash...
