That must be cool to find!! :crazy:

Nice finds!! :bouncy:

Great hunt Lazy...

Knocked down house sites are interesting;
do you find they're full of crap ~ pipes, old sheet metal flashing etc?:stars:

Say Lazy, is that a stainless steel sieve in the top photo ???

Snowy yeah the knock down was full of junk the area were i found the coins was scraped off & the only spot i could get the coil within a foot of the ground.
yes it"s stainless i bought it at a opp shop for $1 it"s a test sieve so quite small.
Almost didn't recognize you with the new avatar :geek:. Have you been getting out lately ???? i"m just about finished hunting for oldies this year the ground is getting to dry + hard i"ll start hitting the play grounds with the ace hopefully i"ll get enough over the next 4-5 month to buy all the toys i"v got my eyes on :lol: speaking of toys did you get the new e-trac.
Eu citzen the aussie silver changed from 92.5% silver in 1946 to 50% silver so it"s allways nice to see a pre 46 silver pop out of the ground :detecting:.
happy hunting all

Hi Lazy, nice to see you respect your hunting turf, by giving up on digging in dry park land!:thumbup:

More people with that attitude will make our hobby last longer...:detecting::twodetecting:

That pre '46 silver sure is nice to hear eh!

I've had a bit of bad run family-wise; BUT things are leveling off, and I'll be out swinging again SOON!:)

Next Monday we're off to my daughters in the country, an old dis-used church, a sports ground and an old river bank
to hunt, hopefully I'll have some good stuff to post eh...

I'm definitely interested in getting an E Trac my friend; ~ I'll have to sell my SE first including its new 11"pro coil.

Have to keep wifey happy ya know !:cheekkiss:
