A little silver

After about 3 hrs and only having found the 1960 lincoln, was about
to call it guits and go home. Then I found 5 of these tokens all in
the same hole. The side not shown says "good for 5 ents in trade"
The 5 diget number was different on each of the five tokens. The
tokens encouraged me to stay a little longer and then came up with
the 1936 lincoln and the 1901 barber dime. Sometimes I wish I knew
someone around here with an explorer, I always wonder if this
Soverign is finding everthing thats here at this site.

the explorer may find differt stuff at that site , but also a cheap bounty hunter may find one you missed , I think it is rerally a matter of how well you hit it , I have gone through places pounded by explorers and still found coins with the elite , I think the elite is capable of finding it all , or close to it , go after it at a totally different angle than you have tried before, good finds .......those barbers make you feel all warm and gigly inside dont they ??

Went back out yesterday and only found a 1917s lincoln. Another
detectorist showed up when I was about to leave with an MXT. He told
me he never had any luck in the area I was searching and where I had found
the barber, V nickle, IH, dozen or so old lincolns, and tokens and
tags. So needless to say he boosted my confidence in what the
Soverign is doing. He also said that years ago when they moved out
all the old buildings they had put down about 8 to 10 inches of fill.
Will go over it again and try a couple different things and see if I
can get under some of that fill.
