A Nice Weekend

I got out for a few hours this morning and enjoyed myself until the heat made ne quit. Got a couple of semi-key date wheaties in fair shape (1911-D & 1912-D). Glad I dug the 1902 worn Barber quarter. It screamed clad quarter and it was only four inches deep, almost let it pass. I try to avoid clad because of bad knees. The Indian is in nice shape (no head band) and had no patina. It was at four inches also in heavy trash. I was hunting in very heavy trash with my stock coil and almost put on a smaller coil, but I was able to "hear" the coins through the trash. Jiggle the coil at 90 degree angles to pin point, and BINGO... Happy hunter :) Good Luck All...
