Just in the last little while,I have been on these singles sites,...A few of these women, have answered my profile,4 of them, now, have listed "AGNOSTIC",as their faith choioce,or LACK of it...If I am right, they queation the existence of GOD.....Is this correct? If it is,I have just deleted them, because all it would turn into, eventually,is "He exists/He doesnt" kind of argument.... on the other hand,MAYBE,I should be.bringing the GOOD NEWS them....opinions??Warthog Steve.............

There are a number of Christian singles website, if you wish to look into them. Most involve out of pocket cost and, from my point of view, are a waste of time and finances. I simply don't bother with any of them anymore. I've chosen to let God lead me in the direction He would have me go; whether to be single or otherwise.

Are you looking for someone to witness to, or someone to maybe eventually become more than just friends with? Like as in marriage? God's word is clear about hooking up with unbelievers.

Warthog:
I am a man of wide but shallow faith. I met a widowed woman on Match.com who was an agnostic (raised by atheist/agnostic parents), but good hearted, and with a young son who needed a father figure. We clicked and were married five years ago. In the past few months, Anna has asked to know more and more about the Lord, and this, coupled with the love- and spirit-filled passing of my born-again father a month ago, has led us both to church, and for the first time the sermons speak to my heart and to hers. She just bought her first study Bible, and I have assured her that if she wishes, I will be re-baptized by immersion with her when we are both ready.
DO NOT CLOSE DOORS the Lord might be opening, but trust your heart and our Savior's love to lead you where He wishes you to go.
Blessings,
Bill in Oregon

Hope you like the forum.
God bless.

I would only go to a Christian singles site. There you should meet a Christian gal. The Lord does not want you un equally yoked.

Hi Steve, In the beginning of singleness resulting from divorce it isn't always easy to determine the will of God because your emotions run in numerous directions (sometimes all at once). In Determining the will of God, you may find this short story both interesting and informative. Here's the link: Determing the will of God
