A question please....

I was reading Garretts little book on treasure hunting and noticed one of the detectors he
was using was an infinium. I then found a copy of a DVD showing the infinium in action.
I sounds like an incredible machine. The DVD said it was both land and sea going. Why
don't we hear more about this machine.

1. It sounds like a MineLab what with its 96 frequencies. Whats the difference besides the price?

2. Does this machine seem to have any problems that plague it?

3. Is it a turn on and go or is there a learning curve?

4. Is this machine any good at hunting coins or is it more a gold nugget machine?

5. Would appreciate any information you can give me to help me make a better decision.
The AT Pro sounds nice but I'm not ready to jump on the Band wagon yet.

Thanks

Katz

The Infinium is a Pulse Induction unit. You need nerves of steel to try and park hunt with it.It loves small tiny iron and foil.
Its a special machine made for nugget hunting mostly. You can do other types of hunting such as relic hunting because it handles ground minerals and hot rocks better.
Its good for salt water hunting but then its a little more sensative than standard water hunting PI machines.

I enjoy mine nugget hunting and then fresh water hunting. Can say I rather use a good VLf with screen for ID of junk.I am looking into the AT PRo for my next do-it all vlf since I sold my MXT (great machine also).

It has its good's and bad's.I think the AT PRO is more than likely your Ideal choice for an all-purpose machine. It truly is that.If it had a thershold tone it would be perfect.
