Although the face off the coin is very worn the legend around the edge is very good and from this Ican tell it is a shilling off Philip&Mary dated between 1554-1558 ,they only reigned for just over 4 years so coins are quite scarce , the T2 was set at 30 discrim sens at 86 mode 2+ and a ground reading off 68 a real nice sharp double signal ,digging about 4" down this coin came to light ,
