..Ive been putting it off,but I have known I needed new tires on my truck sometime this year...A while ago,I priced 'em out,and found out that because I have the optional 17"size wheels instead of the 16" that are standard,my tires are around $200.00 more for a set for the extra 1"of wheel size- IT FIGURES.......Anyway:Im gettin 'em put on as we speak-Was quoted from $650 UP-Believe it or not-according to brand,ply,etc.....I was told the rising price of oil and rubber-NATURALLY-is driving tire prices up...a set of Michelin tires for my truck is flirting with the $1000.00 pain level......
SO:Im goin with Cooper tires-at the "relatively"lower price range;and a 50,000 mile warranty...My wallets gonna be a WHOLE LOT lighter here in about an hour....

Everything is getting higher and higher, especially if it has to do with gas and oil!
