About 2 months ago my SE Pro was acting up. I called Minelab in Chicago and was told to send it for a checkup. It arrived on Monday and I thought maybe a week turnaround time. WRONG!!!!!! IT was 4 weeks, 28 days before it was put on a repair bench. That is VERY POOR service to me. Ron B.

It might take awhile,But when it comes back it will be repaired correctly unlike another company I had to deal with that took 4 trips back and half the summer! But looking back they did me a favor,otherwise I would have never tried a minelab machine as something to hunt with. By the time my old machine came back I was finding so much stuff with the minelab in hunted out areas I didn't care if it ever came back. I eventually sold it.
