ace 250 shaft??

JOHNMARKHAM

New member
my questions is this??does anyone make a straight shaft for the ace 250??:detecting::garrett::surrender:

They make lower stems to make it easier to change coils. Do you mean that or one straight shaft to replace the adjustable one that comes on it?:garrett:

Yes I would like to get a different shaft for my ace 250
I was just wondering if there's an after market one available?
Thanks
John

I have never seen one or heard of a straight non adjustable shaft for any tector. Good luck with the hunt for one tho. Just wondering why you would want one?:garrett:

I have an Anderson straight shaft for my Excalibur I'm gonna have to send it in for service so I have to use my back up machine which is the ace 250,
I've gotten use to the straight shaft and was just wondering if anybody had a straight shaft for the ace .
Hope this helps out
thanks
John

It shouldnt be too hard to modify a straight shaft made for another detector to use with the ace. With a little imagination and a few basic tools you con mount the ace box and coil on almost anything. Its not a high end detector and I dont think there would be enough interest in them for anybody to make it specifically.
