Actually got out and did some detecting today :detecting:

The humidity was way down yesterday and today so I decided to detect since its been since March :surrender: It was still hot. I went to check out a place that got cleared when they started logging at some of my old places. I've always thought it was a camp area since part of the area had turned up a bunch of silver in the past but most of it was to thick to hunt in past. There's a lot of vines and under growth that was covering most of the area but that will die off this winter  I was able to hunt a small part and within 10 minutes I get a sweet signal and here it is in the hole.

I dug about 4 more wheaties and decided this was going to be a great UNTOUCHED place to hunt this winter :yo: and decided to hit one of my old places again since it was in the shade  I get there and start off and again in about 10 minutes I hit this

I also love old keys...

Question : Vernon ID'd the key as a "railroad" key.... for what lock was it 's use...a compartment door...or maybe somewhere in the Engine area...?

Never saw a key like that before....appreciate it if someone could give further info on this key.
