After hunting 2 hr. in 35* windy, exhilarating weather I finally found Anthony :smoke:

Slim pickins today at mid-low tide; hunted the wet sand slope and shoreline.

After 2 hrs. of finding only clads, a junk watch, and a rusty bolt, I headed for my car ,and on the way I found the 10K pin.

Didn't even have to dig for it; there it was.... lying on the gravel near the left rear tire.

Guess it really doesn't count as a detecting find, but I did have the GT in my hand at the time , soooooooooo

Whilst picking up rusty soda bottle caps, sinkers, scrap metal, corroded pennies, pitted silver...and maybe if you get lucky, a gold pin in the parking lot!
