thought for sure i would find a good silver in the park to but nothing doing!! all clad!! 8 dimes and six quarters--3 memorial pennies. se with 10x12 sef..settings 20 sen manual deep on fast off sounds ferrous tone long.the long is a little better for me i think if theres not too much trash.one dig delivered a quarter a dime and a penny stacked up.some of the dimes would sound deep but would be about 4 to 5 inches.very black dirt,wet,easy to find with ice pick,and then dig with the gator that came with the se.the gator digger is pot metal and won;t hold a good edge very long..maybe a lesche one day...hh
