Targets were few this morning for nearly 4 hours of swinging, but my find in the last ten minutes saved the day. I had dug a good number of ratty, bouncy nickel range signals all morning and finally got a lock on 30-31 reading with a little bit of depth. Flipping over the clod there was about 3" of gold tint sticking out of one side of the clod. Hunted for about another ten minutes, but just had to get home and check the bracelet. On one end it's marked 925 Italy and the other milor. Milor is a jewelry co. in Milan Italy and they make gold plated over silver jewelry. It weighs 18.9 grams. The coin in the water bottle is a 41s wheat cent. The nickel was a fresh drop, just nestled in the grass. Woods hunting is fast approaching here in the mid south with the occasional 50's temp. starting to crop up. HH jim tn
