Day #116: got in about 2 hour hunt before the rains came down. We stayed out for some time waiting for the rain to stop but it kept coming down. Had to call it a day.... Thanks for looking... Happy Trails....Z

Nice Merc! That storm came over and socked it to us here a little after 8..I was on the beach at 5, so it was time to go..only one more day of beach hunting for me, tomorrow, then the weather is getting cold, back to the dirt! Cant wait! cladstabbin is really what I like. Too much walking on the sand has given me the gallopin' shudders!

Thanks Mud. I haven't been on the beach much this summer. I know about walking, walking, walking and finding 7 coins in hours. Day after day. It gets to the point where 15 coins is a good day with like miles of walking.
We are going to hit this park one more time and move to a new site that Dave found when he went to the doctor's visit this week. No matter where we go now we are looking for places to hunt. With 2 of us looking it is easier. By the way the doctor told Dave to cut down his hunting to 1 or 2 times a week. He said, Are you nuts?" He walked out. Dave isn't a spring chicken either. Here we are in our senior years when we should be out in the yard resting. Engaging in activities that a young man may ponder before doing. Gota love this hobby!!!
It looks like I could pass the 5,000 coins mark this year.
