I feel bothersome even bringing it up, but any info for me? I must have checked the forum 100x since you first replied! Just so you know, my wife bought me a plaque a few years back "God grant me patience, BUT HURRY!". Tis my curse, but I'll try not to be a pest!
Thanks again.

I responded to your initial posting on this forum followed by the following response that you posted indicating you read by response:

<EM><BLOCKQUOTE>"Lawrenceville. I would consider a long drive as well, so I'm wide open so far as sites are concerned. Thanks for taking the time to respond, I really appreciate your time and effort.
DAS "</BLOCKQUOTE></EM>=============================
I subsequently sent you an E-mail response a week ago based on your question containign some Atlanta sites and an offer to get together next time I am in the area. I am on the road for business and am not able to resend it until next week.
One other thing, you had my E-mail address and I would have appreciated you addressing your "frustration" about me getting back to you - someone I did not know - rather than posting a message on the forum which has generated three messages so far to me questioning my integrity in offering assistance and then not following through. I receive more than 300 messages a week asking for tips, sites and more and I try to respond to as many as possible. I do this on my time despite putting in 10 hours a day on my real job which is not metal detecting related.
So, I will get you some information or you can call me next week - actually I send abbreviated messages since I have better things to do than draft extensive messages in response to many of the requests received.
On the other hand, I do not want to dissuade others from posing questions or contacting me via E-mail or the phone when questions arise . . . . . do not mind providing assistance when I can.

I had a typo in my email address on the post you responded to (that used the forum's email cloaking handler). I'm not sure why you didn't get a kickback (message undelivered), but that's the problem.
I'm very sorry to have aired what seemed to be "dirty laundry", it was supposed to have come across as a friendly reminder, not hurricane force whining!
I was going to email you but thought better of it when I read the forum's email handler suggesting a post would be better than an unsolicited email.
I hope this serves to correct any damage to our budding relationship, and settles the nerves of the nosey folks who should have stayed UNINVOLVED.
Again, my sincerest appologies, that stupid little typo of mine has come back to ruin my day and yours. If not beyond the pale, if you could resend the earlier email to the correct address you now have, I'd appreciate it.

Not a problem . . . . . shoot me your phone number and I'll call you next week with some local information

Please delete this entire thread, Andy and I have resolved the issue, and there is NO NEED for ANYONE to question Andy's integrity on account of my stupid typo mistake.
Thank you, and it will not happen again. ARGHH!!!
