I went back to the spot I found the 1850's belt plate the other day and did'nt do so well I did find an old button but don't know if it is related to the same time period.
In a different section of the park I did find a 1935 wheatie and my best find of the day was a 1947 washington , an old heart shaped bar token of some sorts still need to research the token and the button. A piece of what I call a baby huey diaper pin , I bet some of the older people here remember those !
Also picked up $3.80 in clad and a junk cheap watch and a few other misc. items.I know this is a bit pic heavy but just like to share my finds and thanks to all for the tips and advice on the 705 is really starting to all come together for me.
Thanks for looking and happy hunting.

Congrats on that sweet Silver and very nice token and button! I would call that a very good hunt, Beale.

It may be tough to make a single find that compares to that belt plate. But digging silver coins, old buttons and tokens are a great finds on their own. Nice to see it coming together for you. HH Randy
