Hello everyone I think I finally got this machine down pat! OK I metal detected all weekend at some places that were hit hard by other detectors. I think someone left the pennies lay and took all the silver I hit an early 1900's house and another old house I found 24 wheat pennies 1 1942 P war nickel and a 1934 Silver Mercury Dime!!! yea my first mercury dime!!!! I was excited it locked right on it the silver range and I got a nice solid signal! I began to dig 4 inches I seen it shiny and I went back over the hole and I kept pulling penny after wheat penny out I could stop laughing in excitement I pulled 7 wheat pennies out of the same hole I found the mercury dime I thought I have found a small cashe!! I was really excited and as I covered my hole it was now pretty dark so it was the one the the best day's of detecting I ever had! My dad was detecting with me and he also pulled out a mercury Dime 1937 so it was a great day for the both of us.The F70 is a really good machine so far I love it! I want to thank everyone for all your help on making me decide on the F70 and giving me the info I greatly appreciate all your help!!
