Another question for experienced t2's

I have another question for any of you who have experienced this...
I have gotten faint repeatable signals that dont give a digital readout on the T2. Have you ever dug these and if so were they good targets? Will increasing the sensitivity cause the digital readout to work? Some of the places i am hunting has so much trash that i am working foot by foot and i am finding some coins and some are deep but in the really old places where the house is gone i am not finding any coins...but there is the possibility that they didn't have any to lose also as this is rural farming country in west tennessee. In those areas it is not feasible to dig all targets so i am trying to find my best setting and learn any little things that might help...i am finding a lot fo good old relics though!!

thanks, Tnredneck

yep dig them ,its better to dig a bit of rubbish than worry about what it might have been ,in time experience will tell you what not to dig

These can be deep finds that fail to register on the screen numerically.

I had a nice large 300 year old shoe buckle which I could hear but without a screen reading due to its depth of 14". Jerry.

Hi Redneck! I would like to endorse the posts by Coen and JBM, and reinforce some points.

(1) DIG ALL REPEATABLE SIGNALS, REGARDLESS OF NUMBERS, (OR LACK OFF).

(2) YOU TELL US IN ONE SENTENCE THAT YOU ARE DIGGING DEEP COINS...

THEN IN THE NEXT ONE YOU ARE CONCERNED THAT YOU ARE NOT FINDING COINS???? THAT IS IRRATIONAL....STOP WORRYING, BECAUSE YOU ANSWER YOUR OWN QUERIES LATER ON IN YOUR POST.

Great!!!!!!!....You're doing fine..Keep digging.....MattR.UK.
