Mine arrived Wednesday.
Barely have had time to even take it out of the box. It's sad the way life and work get in the way of the really important things!

Looks just the same. FTP is just changing the units slightly and branding them with other FTP names. Maybe a little more upated circuitry, with a higher price.

What's the difference between the Bounty Hunter Gold and the Teknetics Alpha? $100.

I'd like to know if it's any deeper than my G2. I bought a Sharpshooter coil for my G2 and Omega and found it got a lot less depth on the G2 even at full sensitivity, but it worked great on the Omega, because I could run a higher sensitivity without a bunch of chatter on it. The G2 with the 11 inch DD coil gets really good depth for me, so I'm wondering about the 5 x 10 coil the F-19 comes with.

It's reminding me of the early MX5 days... But on the other hand, if an experienced (and honest) person like Bill gets it in his hands, than it's worth waiting.
