Any one out there using the 5" EXcelerator DD coil for GTI 2500???

I use Garrett's GTI 2500 with 2 coils, one is the standard 9.5" imaging coil and 5 x 10 DD non-imaging coil. Was wondering has anyone out there used (pros or cons) or have experience with the 5" EXcelerator DD coil offered by Kellyco? I plan to use a small coil for trashy areas. My 5 x 10 is OK but I saw the depth of the EXcelerator coil and was impressed.

As far as I know, the coil is 5" circular DD and what I read it gives better depth at or around 25% <and> better target separation. I live in NM where mineralization is medium to high depending where in the State you're in. My GTI 2500 is pretty stable and has not had the mineralization chip upgrade. Would this 5" coil help statewide or keep it strictly in parks and such where there is alot of trash?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

TC-NM
