Check with the DMV. They probably have a history committee and may be interested in having your find. Here in Oregon we used to issue badges for Chauffeur licenses. But I don't know about badges for drivers licenses. Great find and it looks in good shape.

I'm old enough but not from Kentucky but I remember badges like that for drivers and chauffeurs licenses from different states. Great find and may be a worthy collectable.
