Anyone have a beat up Tekentics Mark 1 for sale?

Paul (Ca)

Anyone have a beat up Mark 1 for sale? Just need the circuit board and will consider complete unit with coil if price is right, Circuit board must be in excellent working condition.

Thank you,
Paul (Ca)

Paul, I don't have a beat up one but a really nice LTD that only needs a few battery clips. The problem is I bought it back when the prices were high and paid $375.00 for it so could only take so much of a beating on it. Any interest in a pristine one or are you just going to hack it apart anyway? I could probably take something as a partial trade if that would work? Hope all is well,

Jerry

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for the reply and that sure is temping with the offer of your Mark 1, but I was looking for one I can hack at and then transfer the circuit board over to a current S-handle setup in the making. Yours would be much too mint to tear into, Who knows maybe in the future if you still have the unit we can do a trade.

What I really need is a good circuit board or a beat-up Mark 1 with good working circuit board, then hack off about two inches from the end of the arm-rest support so the arm-rest mounts closer to the end of the housing.

What happened is I accidentally cracked the circuit board and although I managed to get it going again three of the resistors are cracked. The resistors I replaced them with are of different value and it does work but pennies/dimes and quarters now read about the same.

With the possibility of future problems arising it would be best to replace the circuit board, The new setup is basically about completed, Just need to remove the board and insert a different circuit board.

Thanks again Jerry and best wishes to you and your family,
Paul (Ca)
