Anyone use the Excellerator 5" coil and the Sunray 5" coil on the Explorer

I had the old Excellerator 5 inch coil. The thick one. And also the Sunray 5 inch coil. Both were good working coils. The Sunray, as I recall, was slightly larger in diameter About half an inch or so. I had more success with the Sunray, but not enough to say that it was objectively better. Sometimes, its just the site you know.

It is my opinion that that WOT gets around 12 inches depth average. The Stock coil, easily 10 inches depth average. As for the 5 inch coils, I'd say they got less that 5 inches average. Every now and then you'd get something a little deeper, but definitely less than 5 ave. That is, ofcourse, my own personal observation and opinion.
