aquapulse coil size for land and under water detecting ?

Francois

New member
Hello,
i'm planning to use an aquapulse on land and underwater ( 40' deep ).
What coils ( size ) should i use . i'm mainly looking for roman coins.
Thanks !

Hi Francois,

I would think that the 10in coil would be the best if you are looking for coins. The 15in is sometimes used underwater but you may find it a bit unwieldy. It is still good for coins but, not as good as the 10in for pinpointing.

Eric.
