Hi guys,
I'm inerested to know if anyone has attempted a
ground balance mod on the Aquastar?
Can't find any information in the archives about one!

Hi Dick,
No, this has never been done and would be difficult. Generally, ground balancing is not needed for beach and shallow water searching, although I appreciate that there are iron mineralised sands in some areas where it would be beneficial.

The Aquastar was designed for salt water, gold jewelry hunting. In that application the use of a ground balance circuit would not be needed.
I know of no such circuits being published for the Aquastar.
