Are the 10 X 12" S.E.F. Coil,and :minelab: Pro coil virtualy the same In ? & what about the 12 x 15" SEF

:wiggle: Just thinking about getting a 12 x 15" SEF.................Or 10 x 12" SEF..............and didn't know what I should expect out of Either ?
 
Bryce could tell you about that. He's worked with the Pro and 12x10 which he uses as his sole coil now. Give him a holler.
 
It's every bit as good as the Pro coil on my hot ground, great separation, built tough, and hit as deep too.
The 12 X 15 is just to big for my kind of hunting unless I want to cover a lot of area on the beach or wide open relic fields but sill not sure I'd bet that 12 X 15 is any deeper than the 10 X 12 because to much coil can actually sample to much ground, causing you to reduce the sens to make it stable ... therefore ... losing any real depth advantage !

Just my opinion, but I've ran all of these coils in question and would recommend the 10 X 12 overall.
