I haven't heard from anyone running these machines for some time. I really miss mine it was a great machine for finding silver.

I had one last summer, never used it to much because I worked to dang much. I did find a indian penny at around 8".... I should of kept it but I say that about every detector I sell !

dam good machine for finding silver I had a chance to buy mint one just recently but he collector price of $350.00 I think? to me it was a little much and resale at that upper end of things would be hard pressed to get

The 1200 series type machines aren't going to be resurrected, the market for them isn't large enough to warrant the up-front cost of bringing them back and then having to pit them against machines like the Eurotek.

In all-analog 'beep and dig" machines, what's left these days is several of our entry level machines that max out at about 6 inches (the Tracker 4 "muffler on a stick" is still a popular model), our underwater 1280-X, and some of Tesoro's lineup which although they're old school they're still respectable performers. It's possible that White's and/or Garrett's still have something in the beep-and-dig category, I haven't tried to keep up on their product lines.
