A 2cm diameter coin of Constantine 1st 308 337 reverse an Altar inscribed VOTIS XX minted in Trier Found 2nd September 2013 West Oxfordshire UK

Thats a very nice find Brian, was that with the stock coil or the SEF8x6 coil ??? have just bought the NEL Sharpshooter coil 9.5''x5.5'' its a really fantastic coil and as light as a feather and very good depth albeit not as deep as the stock coil but much sharper on smaller items.

That Roman is quality find especially when its been in the ground for 1700 years, its got a lovely patination on it.

The find was made with the stock coil this time. Not heard of the NEL sharpshooter coil is that for the T2?

Yes it is,they are supplied by that Re* tons in the Midlands,i have to admit i thought the SEF was a good coil this NEL is even sharper,i am almost certain it will take over as the most used coil that i have.
