AT Pro finds gold 2nd time out

So this morning I go to this patch of grass (maybe 50' x 50') by a basketball court that I have pretty much hunted out with a Minelab.

I set the AT pro on Pro zero with the iron disc to 35. That is what I read some are doing here. After some clad I get a nickel signal about 5 feet from the base of a 60 year old tree and bam a gold ring. I think I am going to really like this machine. I learned on an Ace 250 and had some good finds. This is better. Thank-you Indian Nation detectors.

:clapping: way to go!! Nice gold ring!!

Excellent; way to go! I started on an Ace 250 and use an AT Pro now. The Ace is great and the AT Pro is awesome.

I usually find nickels in the 50-54 range and some rings, but they always have that nice smooth tone that tell me I've found something good. WTG on the gold ring. HH.

I agree. It is now gone and the AT Pro has replaced it. I learned on a Garrett and am now continuing with one.
