AT Pro problems

I have sent in my AT Pro due to failing to pinpoint. However I also have it randomly (go crazy) while using it. Hard to describe but the numbers just start displaying quickly and sounds go off. It still reads when I hit a target but the behavior continues. Then I go to a different area and it stops. My guess it is some type of interference. I try changing freq. or back off the sensitivity. Could it be an interference in the area? it does not happen all the time.
I wish it was not getting cold in Michigan. I have too many areas left to check.

The fact that it goes crazy at certain locations pretty well sums it up that there is an EMI issue. Sometimes the EMI is so strong changing frequencies or decreasing sensitivity just doesn't help. You need to move on to a new location away from the EMI.

To be on safe side I turn my cell phone off-don't know if it can interfere, but when I'm tecting dont want my concentration interupted.
