when detecting in a park or large area, make sure if sombody wants to talk to you , they must walk a long way. people won't walk a far piece.

How can you hear them if you have headphones on?.
Sometimes I use a n other detector and wade as far out as I can, one day a man snorkling passed me by under the water, you don't get many people coming over then.
