Back in the Saddle Again !

I fractured my right tibia just under the right knee, and tore the acl and whatever else is under the skin standing on a 4 foot ladder performing a honey do list for the wife back in August. That last screw going into the shelf was very expensive. Well after 6 weeks of crutches, I kissed away the months of August and September waiting for the bone to heal. After some therapy I managed to get out to the beach for the first time with the Sovereign GT. Before the accident I was at Panda Express and later broke open a Chinese fortune cookie to read " PLEASURES AWAIT YOU BY THE SEASHORE". It said nothing of the impending accident. It felt great to walk again and able to swing the ole coil again. I found a size 6 10k yellow ring and also a size 8 14k wedding ring white gold. Not a bad comeback. The knee held up and the Sovereign stopped complaining being stuck in the closet. Just feels good to be back again in "the hunt".

...Should feel real nice to be able to get out after so long and to score in such a big way is great...Congrats....It was after i shattered my ankle that i got into MDing 7 years ago...great exercise and therapy..Good luck on your recovery's....HH GL

Thanks everyone for the encouraging and kind words. Just getting out on the beach is fantastic. We all need to flush out all the stress of the day at least twice a week. Whatever I find now I am grateful for it. Good luck out there and stay safe in the surf and sand.
