Hunted for an older Garrett Groundhog or Gold hunter version over the past several years.
Just couldn't find any reasonably priced in top working condition. So finally settled for a newer Scorpion.
I think the bonus over the old Groundhog is the motion disc. Even tho I like hunting in VLF and using TR disc mode
for coin hunting or prospecting for silver up here.

I look forward to getting the one from Mr. Bill, always a great person to deal with.

Wife had an early call for a surgery appointment next Tuesday.
12 hour (round trip)Travel time to the hospital, hotel, food, fuel, loss of wages for us next week just cut into my
detector budget.

Hopefully in the future will get a Garrett again.
